Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • Refunds are only applicable for:
    1. Damaged or defective items received (with supporting unboxing video)
    2. Incorrect products delivered
  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos as proof.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In the case of prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
