This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed, packed, and delivered from our store to your doorstep.
Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next working day.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking details.
Our team personally checks, packs, and secures each item to ensure your collectible reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners across India including:
- Delhivery
- India Post Speed Post
This ensures wide coverage and reliable delivery, even in remote pin codes.
You can track your order anytime using the tracking link shared post-dispatch.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Tier-2 & 3 Cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote / North-East / J&K / Islands: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or festive congestion.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of ₹99
- COD Charges: ₹50 additional on total cart value during checkout
All applicable charges are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Packaging Standards
Every Collixio order is:
- Bubble-wrapped and secured inside corrugated boxes
- Labeled as “Fragile – Handle With Care”
- Sealed with tamper-evident tape for added safety
We aim to deliver a “mint condition” experience — just as collectors expect.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before confirming your order.
Collixio will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Undelivered / RTO Orders
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Customer unavailability
The order may be reshipped upon request with an additional shipping charge.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the actual courier cost.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only.
